One Main Responsibilities :

• Develop the HR strategic plan and align it with the company s overall objectives.
• Design and implement compensation and benefits policies that ensure fairness, competitiveness, and financial sustainability.
• Review promotion plans and succession planning for critical positions to ensure continuity and talent sustainability.
• Develop and update internal HR policies and procedures in compliance with governmental regulations.
• Supervise the preparation and execution of the HR budget, including payroll, recruitment, training, and other organizational activities.
• Lead initiatives to improve the work environment and develop employee engagement and motivation programs that enhance productivity and job satisfaction.
• Represent the HR department before governmental and regulatory authorities regarding labor issues and inspections.
• Additional tasks to be discussed during the interview.

Desired Candidate Profile

One of the leading Food Industries in Jordan looking to hire "Human Resources Manager" in Amman with the following qualification :

• - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• - Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR supervisory role, preferably within an industrial or FMCG environment.
• - Strong knowledge of Jordan Labor Law and HR best practices.
• - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
