Job description
Key Responsibilities:
o Gathers and analyzes reporting requirements from key HR stakeholders to design impactful dashboards
and KPIs.
o Develop interactive and professional dashboards using Power BI, aligned with business needs.
o Translates complex HR data into clear insights that support HR team in effective decision-making.
o Builds reporting dashboards in areas such as Learning and development, Talent acquisition, Performance
management, and Compensation & benefits.
o Collaborates with internal HR teams to understand evolving business needs and proactively adjusts
reporting approaches.
o Ensures accuracy and consistency in HR data visualizations and dashboard updates.
o Supports ongoing optimization of HR reporting tools and solutions.
o Maintains confidentiality and integrity of employee data in all reporting activities.
- Proven experience in Power BI development, in HR or People Analytics.
- Proficiency in using Excel and PowerPoint tools.
- Strong analytical and storytelling skills using data.
- Experience in tracking HR metrics and using data to forecast trends
