The surveillance associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and safety of our organization. Responsibilities will include operating and managing surveillance systems, utilising attention to detail and precision in monitoring, and applying knowledge of surveillance systems to enhance security measures. Operate the surveillance system and save video clips for specific events to refer to when needed. Activate the alarm system. Security monitoring inside and outside the company. Monitor visitors' entry to the company's premises. Track the opening and closing times of company sites at specified times. Monitor production processes within branches/factories and ensure compliance with all work instructions, reporting any deviations. Monitor employees' adherence to work instructions regarding break times, official attire, and overall appearance. Communicate directly with branch managers regarding matters that require their notification and may affect workflow. Prepare daily reports related to workflow or any deviations at company sites. Track the GPS vehicle tracking system
