Content Creator & Social Media Manager

We are looking for young, motivated, and, most importantly, passionate applicants to join our production team as a Content Creator & Social Media Manager.

Before applying, we want to be transparent about the nature of this position.

We are a film production company preparing to shoot a television series across Jordan. While working on a film production may sound exciting, the reality is demanding. This position requires long working days, physical stamina, flexibility, and a genuine passion for filmmaking and content creation.

The Job

The expected working schedule will be approximately 12–14 hours per day, 6 days per week.

A typical shooting day may look approximately like this:

• 1–2 hours of transportation to and from set
• 1 hour of setup and preparation
• 10 hours of filming
• 1-hour break after approximately 6 hours of shooting

The production will take place across different locations in Jordan, including remote and challenging environments such as Wadi Rum.

You should be prepared to work in conditions that may include high temperatures during the day and significantly colder temperatures at night.

When filming around Amman, applicants may generally return home after the working day. When the production moves to remote locations, accommodation will be provided by the company for the duration of the stay.

Contract Duration

The initial engagement will be for 60 days.

Depending on production requirements, the engagement may be extended to up to 90 days. Any extension will be communicated with sufficient advance notice.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for applicants who are creative, hardworking, adaptable, and genuinely interested in the film and content industry.

1. Previous Experience

Ideally, applicants should be able to provide KPIs or measurable results from previous work as a social media manager, content creator, or in a similar role.

However, experience is not mandatory.

We understand that many talented and motivated people are early in their careers, and we encourage promising applicants to apply even if they do not have an extensive professional track record.

2. Education

Applicants must have completed university.

Your degree, field of study, and GPA are not important to us. We care more about your ability, attitude, creativity, and willingness to work.

3. Technical Skills

Applicants should have good working knowledge of:

• Video and photo editing software
• Camera operation
• Content creation tools and workflows
• Social media platforms and content formats

4. Equipment & Software

The company will provide:

• Company phone
• Professional microphones
• Required software licences

Applicants must provide their own laptop suitable for editing and content-production work.

5. Languages

Applicants must be fluent in both Arabic and English, written and spoken.

6. Remote Production

Applicants must be comfortable working in remote locations for prolonged periods of time and staying in company-provided accommodation when required.

Compensation

Base salary starts at 400 JOD per month.

Final compensation may depend on the applicant's experience, technical ability, and demonstrated skills.
