Desired Candidate Profile

• Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience 10+ years in automation, QA, and/or software development, including experience managing and growing teams. Proven track record building and owning automation frameworks and delivering automation initiatives with measurable results. Experience in quality management and governance, ideally in regulated industries.
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of automation tools such as UiPath, Selenium, Playwright, and n8n, and of CI/CD tooling. Hands-on with Java, Python, and JavaScript, and good knowledge of SQL. Real experience applying AI and GenAI to automation, across both testing and business processes. Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for highly regulated industries, and excellent communication and leadership.
• Preferences Quality certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA, CAST, or CMSQ. Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt). Certification or experience with Camunda or other BPMN tools.
