We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and build a real preventive maintenance program from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct a team of 5 maintenance staff
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for all production and utility equipment
- Manage spare parts inventory and reorder points
- Track and maintain assets.
- Coordinate downtime windows with production
- Document all maintenance work and report weekly to the Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in maintenance in manufacturing.
- Hands-on background in both mechanical and electrical maintenance, enough to judge a technician's diagnosis, scope a repair, and challenge a bad call.
- Technical Preventive maintenance scheduling.
- familiar with CMMS or ERP maintenance modules.
- Can build and hold a PM schedule.
- understands coordinating downtime with production.
- Has managed technicians. Can direct skilled people. Firm, fair, consistent.
- Inventory management for parts. reorder points, usage tracking.
- Comfortable with data entry, reporting, maintaining records.
