We are a Gulf company based in Oman, currently establishing a virtual remote office, and we are looking for a professional specialist in Logistics & Shipping to work Online/Part-Time, with real experience in shipping operations, negotiation, shipment tracking, and finding the best available solutions and options.

We are looking for someone whose role is not limited to tracking, but who can negotiate, compare options, discover opportunities, and solve logistics problems efficiently.

 

Required Experience and Skills:

- Strong experience in Logistics & Shipping.

- Good knowledge of international shipping routes, especially Russian ones.

- Experience or knowledge of shipping routes between Russia → Iran → Oman.

- Knowledge of shipping options across the Caspian Sea between Russia and Iran.

- Knowledge of Air Freight options from Russia to Iran.

- Ability to track shipments until they arrive in the Sultanate of Oman.

- Negotiating with shipping companies and suppliers.

- Comparing shipping prices and options and choosing the most suitable ones.

- Tracking shipping documents and procedures.

- Handling delays and logistics problems and finding practical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

- The ability to discover new opportunities that help reduce costs and improve procurement and shipping processes is an added advantage and not a mandatory requirement.

- The Russian language is an added advantage and not a mandatory requirement, but its availability would be excellent.

Online Work Requirements:

- A suitable computer or laptop for work.

- A stable and permanent internet connection.

- The ability to communicate and follow up with various parties online.

- Commitment to deadlines and prompt follow-up on shipments and documents.

- A portfolio or examples of previous projects must be provided.

 

Nationality: All nationalities are welcome, with a preference for those with strong experience in the field, including Syrians who have the appropriate experience and knowledge of the nature of the work.
