GRAPHIC DESIGNER OB Agency | Amman, Jordan

OB Agency is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team and create high-quality visual content for a variety of brands and digital marketing campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop creative designs for social media platforms, digital campaigns, advertisements, and marketing materials.
• Create visually engaging content while maintaining each client's brand identity and guidelines.
• Develop campaign concepts and translate ideas into strong visual executions.
• Design social media posts, stories, carousels, ads, presentations, and other digital assets.
• Work closely with the content, social media, video, and account management teams.
• Adapt designs into different formats and sizes while maintaining visual consistency.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and content.
• Stay updated with current design trends, social media aesthetics, and digital content formats.
• Prepare final artwork correctly for digital and print use when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Previous experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency is required.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, color, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
• Experience designing specifically for social media platforms.
• Ability to work on multiple brands with different visual identities.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to understand a creative brief and translate it into effective visual concepts.
• Good time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A strong and relevant portfolio is required.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with branding and campaign development.
• Knowledge of current AI-powered creative and design tools.
