Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Deir Qoubel for a Sales Manager at IZZAT DAOUK. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also oversee the entire sales process, analyze market trends, and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.



Qualifications

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Knowledge of the beauty and hair industry
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
Ability to analyze market trends and provide insights
Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets
Fluency in Arabic and English
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
