Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Financial Manager / Analyst for a leading holding company in Jbeil, Lebanon. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and analyzing the financial performance of our operations across Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Cyprus. This role requires frequent travel between countries to ensure effective financial oversight and reporting across all entities.
The Financial Manager / Analyst will play a key role in preparing detailed financial presentations, performing deep-dive analyses, and submitting comprehensive reports to the board of directors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the financial performance of all group entities.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards for management and board meetings.
• Consolidate financial statements and oversee intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Develop, present, and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
• Conduct variance analysis and recommend improvements for financial performance and control.
• Provide strategic input and financial guidance to country managers and operational teams.
• Maintain close communication and conduct regular site visits in Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, and Lebanon.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulatory requirements in each operating country.
• Support M&A evaluations, new investments, and project feasibility studies.
• Present financial updates and business insights during board and executive meetings.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or professional certifications like CPA, CFA, or ACCA are a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a financial management or financial analyst role, preferably in a multi-country or group structure.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent financial modeling, reporting, and presentation skills.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software.
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, and other locations as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
