Job Brief:
Responsible for power planning & validating technical site survey reports for Umniah network elements to upgrade existing power network to accommodate the demand of the new loads. Also, responsible for doing the required power dimensioning, scope definition, technical evaluation, and hand over to projects team upon purchase order issuance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and optimize power planning records, organize the power plan database, update the latest changes to the network, and extract reports from the database for optimization purposes.
- Review technical site survey reports for the current project rollout, report changes and requirements for sites to accommodate new loads, and reflect expansion changes in the database.
- Plan new network power elements, define the technical scope for plans, monitor the budget against plans, and follow up on the plan stages, including bidding and awarding.
- Oversee power elements stock, develop plans for stored stock for network optimization or disposal, and balance stock levels with network needs for better footprint utilization
