About The Role & Team

We are seeking a Contract Administrator to join our team of contract managers based in London, Prague, Rome and Paris. Your primary responsibilities will involve preparing company sales contracts for the Europe geo and maintaining a contract database. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen attention to detail and possess the ability to identify errors and omissions in contracts.

What You Will Do

  • Support the contract activities of customer sales and provide pre and post sales management of contracts
  • Manage activities around the contract lifecycle to ensure accurate and timely completion of contractual tasks
  • Prepare simple standard contractual documents in conformity with contract management best practices and policies
  • Support the legal department in the preparation of any non-standard contractual documents
  • Facilitate daily cooperation between different internal stakeholders, ensuring the input needed for contract preparation is provided on time
  • Maintain the sales contract database to ensure data is accurate, including profiling and auditing of contracts
  • Perform administrative activities such as sending contracts for signature, scanning and archiving contracts
  • Ensure timely commencement of billing once contracted services have been delivered
  • Monitor the basic financial aspects of contracts to achieve revenue assurance (mainly invoicing conformity, price update, CPI calculation/application)
  • Support the resolution of issues linked to contractual / process issues
  • Prepare reports and assist with the creation of presentations


Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years of relevant business experience in preferably a global telecommunications or IT or legal environment
  • Experience in business administration
  • Experience in Technical Writing/Documentation
  • Willingness to work in a cross-functional and cross-cultural team environment
  • Willingness to work in a high pressured, fast moving and challenging environment.

  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Good communication (Written and Verbal)
