This position is responsible for business planning, organizational development, performance management delivering revenue, gross profit on the ground execution standards and employee development objectives set in the approved business plan.
The position involves close co-ordination with principals, customers, internal staff and centralized support functions of the Company. The incumbent, in addition to having solid experience in FMCG segment, have very strong business development / performance management, inter personnel skills and motivational / leadership capabilities. Incumbent shall be P&L accountable with strong emphasis on cash flow management.
The focus of the position is to coach and lead teams in delivering an efficient service to the customers driving overall business growth and profitability and enhancing the Company image with diligent financial and risk management
The business manager is also expected to drive innovation in close cooperation with all functional departments expanding the portfolio of FCMG solutions and products, developing new channels as well as break-through business models. The business manager will closely work with the CEO on respective innovation requirements and transform the division from a product-box shifting business to a solution business in FMCG.
