About the Role:We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Social Listening & Insights Specialist to join our vendor team. In this role, you’ll leverage cutting-edge tools and deep platform knowledge to uncover actionable insights that drive brand strategy, campaign performance, and consumer understanding.
Key Responsibilities:Monitor and analyse brand health, industry trends, competitive landscape, and campaign performance through social listening tools Build and refine complex Boolean queries to extract meaningful data Interpret and report on social media metrics across platforms like Meta, X (Twitter), Linked In, You Tube, and others Create and present data-driven reports and insights that inform marketing, product, and strategy teams Provide strategic recommendations based on real-time consumer sentiment and social media trends Maintain a strong understanding of country-specific target markets and cultural nuances What We’re Looking For:2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Social Listening Expert, Social Media Analyst, Strategist, or Consumer Insights Analyst Strong knowledge of key social media platforms and how users engage on each Proven experience with analytics tools such as Brandwatch, Crimson Hexagon, Meltwater, Sprinklr, Synthesio, Talkwalker, Sprout Social, Digimind, Sysomos, or similar Ability to write and optimize Boolean queries for deep-dive insights Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights A deep understanding of regional and cultural dynamics in social media behaviour Native level proficiency in UAE Arabic (essential) Professional level proficiency in English (essential)
