Role One of our clients is hiring board-certified or board-eligible Pediatricians to support the development of advanced clinical decision-support systems focused on pediatric diagnostics, preventive care, and age-specific treatment protocols. This opportunity connects real-world pediatric practice with applied AI to ensure safe, developmentally appropriate, and guideline-aligned care representation.
About the Role You will apply pediatric clinical expertise to review, annotate, and validate medical datasets. Your insight will directly influence AI systems supporting developmental assessment, immunization compliance, and weight-based therapeutic planning.
Key Responsibilities Review and label pediatric EHR notes, growth charts, immunization records, and case data Validate diagnoses, developmental milestones, and weight-based treatment plans Audit datasets for clinical accuracy and alignment with AAP and CDC guidelines Review AI-generated care summaries and recommendations for safety and clinical soundness Define annotation standards for common and complex pediatric conditions Advise on complex cases including neonates and medically complex children
Ideal Qualifications MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics Active U. S. medical license5+ years of pediatric clinical experience preferred Familiarity with pediatric dosing, immunization schedules, and EHR systems Interest in medical AI, informatics, or clinical data validation preferred
