We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Translator with 2 - 4 years of professional experience specializing in English to Arabic and Arabic to English translation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting or a related field, and the ability to handle high volumes of work under tight deadlines.

This role requires exceptional organizational and time management skills, along with the ability to manage expectations and coordinate with external service providers effectively. Proficiency in Trados CAT Tool is essential to ensure translation consistency and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate complex documents and communications accurately and efficiently between English and Arabic, ensuring cultural and contextual appropriateness.
• Utilize Trados CAT Tool to enhance translation quality, consistency, and productivity.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers to meet project requirements and deadlines.
• Manage expectations of clients and internal teams regarding translation timelines, quality, and deliverables.
• Handle high volumes of translation work while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain strong organization and time management practices to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate dedication and commitment to delivering high-quality translation services aligned with Mercer’s standards and values.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Languages, or any related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of professional translation experience, specifically English-Arabic and Arabic-English.
• Proficiency in Trados CAT Tool is required.
• Preferred experience or knowledge in consulting or related professional services.
• Strong skills in expectation management with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience managing high volumes of work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• High level of dedication, commitment, and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
