Key Responsibilities

Strategic Financial Leadership & investment Guidance: Serve as a core strategic partner to the Group CEO and Board; lead investment evaluations, CapEx allocation, M&A feasibility studies, and present financial performance roadmaps to executive stakeholders.

Multi-Company Governance & Financial Control: Oversee financial operations, treasury, and cash flow across all subsidiaries in Jordan and Iraq; direct complex multi-entity consolidations in compliance with IFRS and local statutory/tax regulations.

Budgeting, Forecasting & Cost Optimization: Lead group-wide budgeting, rolling forecasts, and cash flow/FX exposure management between Jordan and Iraq; drive cost-optimization and margin-enhancement initiatives across all facilities.

Systems & Operational Leadership: Maximize efficiency and integration of enterprise ERP systems (preferably SAP); build and mentor high-performing corporate and subsidiary finance teams.

Stakeholder Management & Mobility: Manage high-level relationships with international banks, auditors, and regulators; maintain readiness for ~20 25% travel to operational sites in Iraq.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 20 years of progressive financial leadership, including significant executive tenure (CFO or VP of Finance) in multi-entity holdings within Manufacturing and/or Oil & Gas.
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA is strongly required.
  • Deep knowledge of multi-entity financial consolidation, IFRS, board reporting, cross-border fiscal oversight (Jordan/Iraq), and ERP management (preferably SAP).
  • Native/fluent Arabic and fluent English strictly required.
  • Based in Amman, Jordan with ~20 25% travel to Iraq (Open to candidates in Jordan, Iraq, and the broader Middle East).
  • 5 working days per week; joining timeline as per executive notice period/agreement.
