HR Manager

  • Description: Key Responsibilities
    • Lead HR operations including employee contracts, personnel files, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, HRIS data, employee movements, probation, and separations.
    • Manage the full talent acquisition process, including manpower requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, recruitment agencies, references, and offers.
    • Monitor recruitment KPIs including vacancy aging, time-to-fill, time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire.
    • Manage approved headcount, manpower planning, workforce costs, and productivity.
    • Administer compensation and benefits, including salary grades, bands, allowances, benefits, internal equity, and salary reviews.
    • Handle employee relations, disciplinary procedures, investigations, grievances, and related documentation.
    • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, governance frameworks, SLAs, and compliance requirements.
    • Prepare and maintain HR dashboards covering headcount, recruitment, retention, absenteeism, payroll, compensation, and employee relations.
    • Lead and develop the HR team, establish KPIs and SLAs, and drive process improvement.
    • Ensure effective execution and administration of performance management and training programs.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
    • 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Manager or Head of HR.
    • Previous experience managing an HR team.
    • Retail experience is essential; Fashion Retail experience is strongly preferred.
    • Experience in multi-site environments covering head office, warehouse, and store populations.
    • Strong hands-on experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and HR governance.
    • Strong knowledge of Jordanian Labour Law, Social Security regulations, and Ministry of Labour requirements.
    • Strong HRIS and advanced Excel skills.
    • Experience in HR analytics and preparing HR dashboards.
    • Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong written communication skills.
    Preferred: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHRi/SPHRi, or CIPD certification.
