• Description: Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Execution: Lead total project lifecycles from baseline planning to final commissioning, hand-over, and closeout.
  • Operations & Safety Leadership: Direct cross-functional engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE teams to achieve strict safety and quality benchmarks.
  • Commercial & Risk Oversight: Master project budgets, resource allocation, variations, supply chains, and contract compliance (FIDIC).
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between clients, international consultants, sub-contractors, and local regulatory authorities.
  Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 15+ years of hands-on project management experience across EPC, Oil & Gas, Power, Industrial, or Infrastructure mega-projects.
  • Regional Track Record: Prior UAE / GCC project execution experience is strongly preferred.
  • Certifications: PMP certification required; PRINCE2, FIDIC, or NEBOSH / IOSH credentials are major assets.
  • Technical Software: Advanced command of Primavera P6, MS Project, and enterprise management tools.
