Public Relations Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the operations team on status of work for CR and Visa status of clients
  • Liaise with government departments to obtain permits, licenses, and approvals necessary for business operations.
  • Visit Various Ministries as per the clients requirement for getting necessary CR approvals
  • Keep abreast of changes in local laws and regulations, ensuring the company's compliance at all times. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to government approvals, permits, and licenses.
  • Ensure all necessary documents are properly filed and readily available for inspection.
  • Provide translation and interpretation support when needed, especially during official meetings and interactions with local authorities.
  • Submit expenses on a daily basis with ops team for reimbursement
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and share with the management on timely basis

Functional Skills :

  • Manage Multiple task and priorities
  • Strong communication in English and Arabic is must
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Knowledge on company incorporation laws in Saudi
  • Liaising with government authorities for necessary approvals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
