Skills
- Minimum 15 years of experience in infrastructure construction.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
- Strong experience in infrastructure construction.
- Must have certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager.
- Must be fluent in Arabic.
- Must possess valid QID and NOC.
