Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in compiling and organizing tender documents
- Ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information
- Maintain a database of tender-related documents
- Help meet submission deadlines
- Proofread and formatted bid documents
- Assist in preparing presentations for bid proposals
- Manage correspondence related to tenders and bids
- Keep track of ongoing and upcoming tender opportunities
- Support the tender team with administrative tasks
Required Qualifications :
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a tender/bid environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of tender processes and documentation (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
