Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in compiling and organizing tender documents
  • Ensure all required paperwork is complete and accurate
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information
  • Maintain a database of tender-related documents
  • Help meet submission deadlines
  • Proofread and formatted bid documents
  • Assist in preparing presentations for bid proposals
  • Manage correspondence related to tenders and bids
  • Keep track of ongoing and upcoming tender opportunities
  • Support the tender team with administrative tasks

 

Required Qualifications :

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in a tender/bid environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of tender processes and documentation (preferred)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
