Responsibilities:

  • Devise and implement effective sales strategies to attain sales objectives and enhance revenue generation.
  • Identify prospective clients and cultivate relationships to broaden our client base.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
  • Foster collaboration with various departments such as design, procurement, production, and accounts to ensure seamless fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals, engage in contract negotiations, and successfully close sales deals to surpass monthly and yearly sales quotas.
  • Maintain meticulous sales records and generate comprehensive reports.
  • Provide exemplary customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely fashion.
  • Unearth new sales prospects and formulate strategies to optimize revenue generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably within the printing sector.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in negotiation techniques and adept at delivering impactful presentations.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management proficiencies.
