Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The candidate will assist in managing our product portfolio, supporting product launches, and ensuring our products meet market needs and company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and
roadmaps.
• Support product lifecycle management from concept to launch and Beyond.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, sales, and regulatory affairs to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Monitor product performance and gather customer feedback to drive
continuous improvement.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, product documentation, and training programs.
• Support the planning and execution of product launches and promotional activities.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to inform product strategy and decision-making.
Skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or PharmD
• Minimum 3 -5 years of experience as a medical rep in a pharmaceutical company (1 - 2 years’ experience in the marketing field is
considered a plus).
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including market research, product development, regulatory affairs, and marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and ability to manage multiple
projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
