Our shared values guide the way we behave to make a positive, enduring impact: - Lead the way - Serve with integrity - Take care of each other - Foster inclusion - Collaborate for measurable impact As an account support working on client accounts in the UAE, you will collaborate with the Global Account Manager on strategic planning, marketing and communications, business development, and various other strategic initiatives, including: Account Support: - Key Client Presentation: Prepare presentations on client specific topics. - Dashboards: Ensure accurate data reflects on dashboards on a monthly basis. - Supporting Advisory Partners: Assist with key client matters as needed. Key Meetings: - Monthly Account Meetings: Coordinate and participate in monthly meetings with the wider team related to the account, ensuring the actions are recorded on the teams channel. - Weekly Meetings with Service Line Leads: Provide updates on overall opportunities. - Bi-weekly Meetings with Advisory Leads: Provide updates on all client activities to the wider advisory team. - Bi-monthly Meetings with Growth Leader: Update leader on key initiatives and required support. - Monthly Meetings with Energy & Chemicals Sector Leader: Update leader on account health and relationships. Procurement: - Contracts Management: Understand different Business Line approaches to templates and share information when responding to Request for quotations. - Multi-Service Agreement Analysis: Inform teams of agreed old/new rates and share analysis as needed. - Multi-Service Agreement - MSA Renewal: Coordinate responses and communication with Lead Client service Partner when receiving new Multi service agreements. - Procurement Management: Manage procurement relationships on a daily basis. Account Administration: - Invoicing on ARIBA sourcing portal : Handle order confirmation, service entry sheet and invoice creation, maintain invoice records, and resolve finance-related issues weekly. - Financial Reporting: Ensure dashboard reflects accurate numbers and support service lines for revenue and customer relationship management data bi-weekly. - Client Acceptance: Work with the client acceptance team and maintain custody of all client documents on an ad hoc basis. - Audit Committee Approval for clients: Share templates with internal teams and coordinate approvals weekly. - Liaising with risk management teams: Work with risk management teams for contract and non-disclosure agreement reviews on an ad hoc basis. Account Health: - Monthly Review of Accounts through internal CRM tool: Work with the team to rectify incorrect tagging monthly. - Maintaining Relationships through internal CRM tool: Ensure key people from organization charts are tagged to Partner/Directors quarterly. - Adding Contacts through internal CRM tool: Add key client contacts weekly. Eminence: - Newsletter: Keep teams updated with news and key wins monthly. RFP Management: - Ariba Portal Management: Review portals for request for quotation and messages, ensuring timely details are shared with teams daily. - Sovereign Wealth Fund - Various Portals: Review portals for request for quotation and messages, ensuring all details are saved in shared folders - Owner of Key Documents: Maintain Multi service agreements, trade licenses, signatures, Power of Attorneys, qualification statements, risk mitigation plans, and client take on procedure documents daily. - Coordination of request for quotation - End to End: Ensure all request for quotation receive responses through the shared mailbox daily. - Liaising with Teams to Submit Proposals: Understand requirements and coordinate proposal submissions daily. - Records of All request for quotation received - Entity Wise: Report quarterly analysis on RFPs received daily. Knowledge Management: - Credentials Management: Maintain entity-wise credentials and share them with teams quarterly. - Master degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or any other related business studies - English language fluency required. - Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives. - Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization. - Proactive and results-oriented team player with demonstrated ability to work under pressure. - Possess strong project management and time management skills.
