About the Role:
As Head of Sales, you will be at the helm of the company’s sales team, driving growth and overseeing the performance of its General as well as Life & Health Insurance sales. You will also manage the company’s branches. Reporting directly to the GM, your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in expanding its market presence and achieving its business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for both General, Life & Health Insurances
- Foster strong relationships with clients, brokers, agents and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Provide training, mentorship, and support to the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in sales leadership within the insurance industry
- Certificates in insurance such as PIC and ACII would be a plus
- Strong understanding of both General, Life & Health Insurance products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team
