Our engineering and contracting company, based in Jordan and specializing in heavy industry products and services, seeks a dedicated Female Administrative Assistant/Office Manager. The successful candidate will support management by handling administrative tasks and organizing information.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, IT, or Languages
  • Experience with software for spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
  • Familiarity with clerical procedures and proficiency in English
  • Experience in producing documents and managing information
  • Typing speed requirement
  • Up to 2 years of experience or fresh graduates are welcome

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence, reports, and documents
  • Organize meetings, travel, and events
  • Maintain schedules, appointments, and filing systems
  • Communicate to handle inquiries and coordinate information flow
