Job Purpose
Assist in delivering and retrieving documents safely and confidentially to/from financial and governmental institutions and as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
Job Duties
- Handle on daily basis the deposit of cheque payments in allocated banks as directed by the Finance Manager.
- Ensure that all transfer letters related to supplier’s payments are delivered to the bank in a timely manner.
- Retrieve couriers from banks related to the company including Statement of Accounts, payments and transfer receipts as well as letter of credits.
- Assist the management team in specific requests including delivering letters or documents when needed.
- Assist the management in bringing visitors to and from the office.
General
- Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above as instructed by direct manager.
Qualifications
- Technical or College Degree.
- Working knowledge in English. Arabic is a must.
