Job Summary: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Specialist plays a vital role in our organization by managing the posting and claims reconciliation associated with medical billing. This position is key to maintaining financial accuracy and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and supporting our billing and collections teams. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help us uphold our reputation for excellence in the medical billing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately post payments to patient accounts.
• Reconcile payments with invoices and account balances.
• Claims reconciliation.
• Address and resolve payment issues efficiently.
• Enroll with insurances through online portals.
• Collaborate with the medical billing team to ensure smooth operations overall.

Skills

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in RCM/Medical Billing/Payment Processing. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
• Advanced computer and excel skills, ability to deal with different software/technologies.
• Problem-solving abilities, high accuracy, detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and with a team.

Qualifications:

• Related degree, preferred Pharmacist, Industrial/Electrical/Biomedical Engineering
