KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Support the delivery of effective Programs, in both development and humanitarian contexts, by:
- Paid and cover all the expenses related to the camp in cash or checks
- Review all invoices before payment in accordance with SC procedures and ensure proper supporting documentation before payment Prepare, record, and enter all voucher information and properly file them
- Ability and willingness to dramatically change work practices and hours, and work with incoming surge teams, in the event of crisis or emergency.
- Track staff advance accounts and make sure they are settled on time.
- Manage petty cash funds.
- Assist in the preparation of the monthly finance report
- Undertake any other duty as reasonably requested by the Officer
- Commitment to serving members and their donors, and to helping build a culture of member service throughout organization
- Conduct regular visits to the Azraq and Zaatari camps to provide on-site assistance to field teams as needed.
- prepare the bank reconciliation on a monthly basis

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Minimum 1 Year of experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work within a team.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and maintain appropriate and productive relations with a range of actors, including children, parents, local and national authorities in political and militarily sensitive environments.
- Experience of working with partners and a participatory approach.
- Ability to manage stress, flexible and accommodating in difficult and frustrating working circumstance.
- Excellent Command of Computer Skills.
- Very good English communication Skills.
- Very good in Microsoft Office especially in Excel.
- Very good experience in accounting systems
