Hussein Atieh and Sons Co Jordan is looking for professionals with past experience in the Sandwich Panel and Fabricated Steel Structure (Fabrication Facility Manager) for which will be able to integrate there know how in terms of both sectors and operate a fabrication facility to meet Hussein Atieh and Sons Co project demands. The role of the individual will be as follow:

Responsibilities

• Full supervisor for all welders, fabricators and Painter in the main fabrication facility.
• Being able to orient the needed team, to implement all PQR, ITP, Quality Plans and WPS AS per project requirement and Hussein Atieh and Sons Co internal bylaws.
• Full auditing on the works that will be implemented, and executed and applying needed KPI to prioritize the tasks on hand.
• Team orientation of all professionals under the said applicant, to being able to have a fully integrated and automated fabrication facility.
• The ability to work under pressure and assessment of the needed workloads.

Skills

Education

• Bachelor Civil Engineering with emphasis on Steel Structure, master degree is a bonus OR more than 15 years in experience in the Steel Structure field specially in managing a facility for fabrication.
•  Being able to full understand all Shop Drawings, Fabirication Drawings and Implantation/Installation Drawings for both Sandwich panels and Structural Streel Drawings.
• Having worked in the Steel Structure field and Sandwich Pannel for more than 10 years.

Excelelent communication skills, in addition to excellent written and verbal communication in English
