  • Tools: Power BI, Tableau, ML platforms, digital collaboration suites, API ecosystems.
  • Languages: Arabic and English fluency essential

Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Tools: ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), integration tools.
  • Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Prince2 (preferred).
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken). 

Sales Manager – FMCG Distribution

Sales Manager responsible for FMCG distribution across Modern Trade, General Trade, Cash Van, and Wholesale channels, ensuring sales growth, market expansion, and strong customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and annual plans across all channels.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and expand market coverage.
  • Manage trade marketing, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Monitor daily operations and ensure optimal stock levels, route efficiency, and coverage performance.
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess execution, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12-14 years of progressive experience in FMCG sales, including 5+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple channels: Modern Trade, General Trade, Cash Van, and Wholesale.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel across regions.

People & Culture Excellence Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • lead initiatives that enhance organizational culture, talent management, and HR excellence.
  • developing and implementing HR strategies,

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR (Master’s is a plus)
  • 12–15 years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, performance management, and culture development
  • Professional certifications (CHRM, SPHRM, PHR, or PHRI) preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
