Lead and manage a team of 30+ Course Consultants to achieve enrollment and conversion targets.


Monitor daily operations, set performance goals, and ensure consistent follow-up with potential students.


Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to enhance team effectiveness.



Build and maintain strong communication channels between consultants, management, and other departments.



Analyze sales and conversion data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.


Ensure the team delivers a high-quality consultation experience aligned with VIPKid’s values and brand standards.


Motivate and support the team to maintain high morale and productivity.


Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members when needed.

Skills

Proven experience managing large teams (30+ members).



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.



Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.



Ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume operations.



Customer-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills.



Data-driven decision-making and strong problem-solving skills.

Experience in the education, ed-tech, or customer service field is a plus.
