Description

ERP System Development

Gathering requirements from stakeholders; performs Gap analysis and propose solution positioning aligned with other ERP modules.

maintain the ERP system, including web version updates and reporting features.

Troubleshoot and resolve version mismatches with Trio365.

Handle ERP Reported incidents , problem-solving within the Trio ERP environment or on Support portal.

Database Management & Design

Understand ERP Data dictionary and Database design. Create and maintain database designs for newly developed ERP systems.

Ensure efficient database performance and conduct backup/restore operations.

Proficiency in SQL DDL/DML/DCL to manage and query data.

Knowledge of queries optimization and normalized database structure

Cloud & On-Prem Deployment

Deploy web applications and ERP systems to cloud or on-premise servers.

Ensure optimal performance and scalability of deployed solutions.

Support & Troubleshooting

Provide technical support for ERP, handling issues such as Account creation, delegation and authorizations.

Troubleshoot and resolve problems in applications and running integration.

Collaborate with internal teams to address any technical challenges.

internal Operations Support :

Extract daily vouchers data from our Vouchering portal , migrating prepared data into ERP to integrate with finance.

Sonic portal Support for sales team.

Skills

ERP Implementation

Excellent knowledge of accounting , Finance , HR , AR, AP , Inventory control , and all correlation and interpretations into ledger journals and fiscal year audits

ERP Development

Hands on Expertise in ERP, including support and troubleshooting, reporting, and version management.

Database Management

Solid knowledge of SQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server, and database design principles.

API & Integration

Knowledge of microservices architecture, Python development, and API integration for system interoperability.

Training and Presentation skills

Conduct awareness and training sessions to employees on how to use ERP

Cybersecurity Awareness

Understanding of ISO27001 cybersecurity practices to ensure secure application development and deployment.

Basic security practices awareness for application development.

Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO27001.
