We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Agent to join our team in Amman, Jordan. In this role, you will play a critical part in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service within the Call Centers & Customer Care Outsourcing industry. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that enhance their experience with our services. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our services and generate leads.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape future offerings.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Preferred Candidate:Proven experience in sales, preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
