Admissions Officer – Achieve Education Abroad

About the Role
Achieve Education Abroad is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Admissions Officer to support and manage the full admissions cycle for students applying to international universities. The role also contributes to opening new study destinations and expanding our services, working closely with management to develop new academic opportunities for students.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student applications from submission to final decision across multiple destinations.
- Review documents, ensure accuracy, and maintain professional communication with universities.
- Lead and update the admissions pipeline on the CRM, working closely with the counseling team.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing student documentation, including CVs, Personal Statements, SOPs, and Motivation Letters.
- Conduct research and work with management to introduce new destinations, programs, and services.
- Liaise with new universities to establish agreements and understand admissions procedures.
- Organize partner and university visits, document outcomes, and follow up on required actions.
- Ensure proper tracking and collection of documentation service fees.
- Contribute to improving admissions systems, workflows, and internal processes.

Skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions or academic administration.
- Fresh graduates with strong skills and motivation are also encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English communication and writing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
