Skills

Who Thrives Here?​

We’re looking for engineers who bring both technical depth and adaptive thinking:

  • More than 5 years of relevant engineering experience in utilities, transmission & distribution, asset management, GIS, or infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of engineering tools such as MATLAB, CYME, PSCAD, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, or equivalent.
  • Ability to independently handle assigned tasks while coordinating with senior engineers for complex reviews.
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with modern utility workflows, remote engineering delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a distributed, international team.
  • Degree in Electric, Mechanical, Power Engineering & Sustainable Energy, Power Systems Design, GIS, etc. 

Bonus: exposure to renewable integration studies, reliability modeling, digital twin initiatives, or utility modernization projects.
