The project facilitator is responsible for assisting in ensuring that the project objectives are implemented according to donor’s requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and facilitates structured sessions aligned with the approved curriculum and project objectives.
- Develops cycle and session plans in line with implementation timelines and targets.
- Conducts pre- and post-assessments using approved tools and accurately document results.
- Monitors and records beneficiary attendance and participation throughout implementation.
- Ensures high-quality facilitation and session delivery in compliance with safeguarding and organizational standards.
- Tracks progress against planned targets and recommend corrective actions when required.
- Prepares and submits monthly technical narrative reports in a timely manner.
- Coordinates with project and M&E teams to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.
- Identifies challenges, risks, and emerging needs and report them to project management with recommendations.
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Arabic literature.
- Good English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
- 0-2 years of experience
- Basic skills in using computer programs and applications.
- Handles work pressure and willing to work within a team.
