What You'll Do
Handle premium and elite subscription activations, changes, and refunds accurately and efficiently
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email, live chat, and other support channels
Take full ownership of customer complaints and follow through until resolution
Liaise with Operations and Finance teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
Manage lead assignment and customer interactions using the CRM system
Support CV evaluations, Elite cover letters, and other career services
Assist the CV Services team with CV uploads and LinkedIn profile uploads when needed
Actively listen to customers and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations
Explain and demo Bayt.com's digital products online or in person
Improve customer retention through strong service delivery and engagement
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell career services in a consultative, customer-first way
Create clear customer communications related to offers, pricing, and service updates
Skills
Who We're Looking For
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
Experience in customer support, customer success, or service operations is a plus
Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple customer cases
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize effectively
Customer-centric mindset with a natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Sales or upselling experience is a plus, but not required
