Job Vacancy - Vacancy Announcement (HCAC-8):
The Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) is seeking to recruit a Sales Officer, responsible for promoting the company’s services and products, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, and identifying new business opportunities. The role includes preparing sales proposals and quotations, following up with potential and existing clients, and achieving agreed sales targets.
The incumbent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate sales records, preparing periodic sales reports, coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services, and supporting marketing and outreach activities as needed. This is a field heavy job.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role preferably in the medical sector.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management abilities.
- Good command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of CRM systems is an added advantage.
