A loss Adjusting Company with international connection is looking for an Administrative Assistant for its office in Amman to organize and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. Nationality is not a burden; however, her tasks will includes but not limited to the following:
•    Typing reports and correspondence
•    screening emails, and filing  
•    scheduling meetings and appointments, 
•    making office supplies arrangements, 
•    greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.
•    Previous experience would be an advantage, but not necessary. 
Skills
1.    Excellent command of English language is a must, written and verbal communication skills 
2.    50 words/minute typing
3.    Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities and systems
4.    Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, Outlook, in particular)
5.    Knowledge in preparing meetings via Microsoft teams, and zoom 
6.    Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
7.    Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
8.    Outgoing personality
9.    A team player
