Technical Sales Engineer


Working Model: Hybrid (office + field)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Candidates from other engineering disciplines are also welcome to apply, provided they demonstrate a clear and genuine commitment to building a long-term career in the renewable energy sector, along with the competencies, motivation, and mindset required for a technical sales role.
  • 0-2 years of experience in PV/Electrical technical sales preferably in Jordan.
  • Strong communication & follow-up skills, competitive mindset
  • Excellent communication, strong follow-up discipline, and a goal-driven mindset
  • Must own a car


Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily outreach, quotations, follow-ups
  • Achieve monthly sales targets & KPIs
  • Daily field visits across assigned territories
  • Participate in joint client visits with Senior Lead
  • Maintain CRM entries
  • Prepare and update sales forecasts
  • After sales technical support handling
