Job Details

Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze financial statements, performance reports, and business results.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis reports and dashboards.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Monitor actual performance against budgets and analyze variances with clear explanations.
  • Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing business cases, feasibility studies, and investment evaluations.
  • Perform pricing, margin, and profitability analysis.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to support management reporting.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations for management using PowerPoint.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to collect financial and operational data.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements as needed.
  • Utilize AI tools to support financial analysis, reporting, and insights generation.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of financial reporting processes, tools, and automation.


Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance.
  • 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or related finance roles.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis concepts.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or commercial environments.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
  • Professional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or ACCA are an advantage.
