Role summary
Action Labs is seeking an Associate Graphic Designer with strong bilingual capabilities (English & Arabic) to join the Design team.
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality visual assets across digital, print, OOH, and social platforms while maintaining strict brand consistency and cultural relevance. The position requires close collaboration with strategists and leadership to translate creative direction into polished, production-ready designs.
The ideal candidate has solid agency experience, strong typography skills in both Latin and Arabic scripts, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables within structured timelines with accuracy and efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Produce 12–15 high-quality visual assets per week across web, mobile, print (flyers, brochures, presentations), and social platforms.
- Execute creative briefs provided by the Strategy team with strong attention to layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and detail.
- Ensure complete alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives across bilingual materials.
- Conduct final quality control checks before delivery to ensure accuracy, formatting consistency, and production readiness.
- Prepare optimized, platform-ready files for digital publishing and print production.
- Adapt and localize visual content for Arabic and English audiences, ensuring cultural and linguistic accuracy.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute at least one new creative concept or improvement idea per month to enhance campaign quality or internal brand visuals.
- Incorporate internal and client feedback efficiently while maintaining design integrity and meeting deadlines.
- Support cross-functional initiatives including campaign launches, presentations, and internal brand development projects.
Hours & travel
- Remote position (work from home or preferred location).
- Standard working hours: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, 8-hour workday.
- Workweek start day: to be determined.

Skills
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 2D animations for social media, presentations, or digital campaigns.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling.
- Experience working in bilingual (Arabic & English) content is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Creative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with 3D animation, basic 3D software, or compositing tools.
- Motion graphics experience for broadcast or high-end corporate campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital campaign workflows and GCC brand standards.
