Job Details

We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Executive (B2B) to join our expanding operations in Jordan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle through professional phone-based engagement and structured follow-up processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conduct daily outbound and inbound B2B sales calls
  • Identify and reach decision-makers within target companies
  • Manage the full sales cycle: Lead Generation, Qualification, Follow-up, Negotiation, and Closing
  • Present company services in a professional and persuasive manner
  • Coordinate meetings and site visits with the technical team in Saudi Arabia
  • Prepare quotations and follow up consistently until deal closure
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with management to improve sales strategies and performance


Skills

  • Proven experience in Inside Sales / Telesales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Experience targeting corporate clients and decision-makers
  • CRM proficiency and ability to manage pipelines effectively
  • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and sales tracking tools
  • Target-driven and KPI-focused mindset
  • Strong objection-handling and closing skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong Arabic and English communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discipline, and commitment
