We are seeking a high-performing Inside Sales Executive (B2B) to join our expanding operations in Jordan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle through professional phone-based engagement and structured follow-up processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct daily outbound and inbound B2B sales calls
- Identify and reach decision-makers within target companies
- Manage the full sales cycle: Lead Generation, Qualification, Follow-up, Negotiation, and Closing
- Present company services in a professional and persuasive manner
- Coordinate meetings and site visits with the technical team in Saudi Arabia
- Prepare quotations and follow up consistently until deal closure
- Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work closely with management to improve sales strategies and performance
Skills
- Proven experience in Inside Sales / Telesales (B2B preferred)
- Strong ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Experience targeting corporate clients and decision-makers
- CRM proficiency and ability to manage pipelines effectively
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and sales tracking tools
- Target-driven and KPI-focused mindset
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong Arabic and English communication skills
