The role
We are looking for a creative Senior Animator based in Amman proficient in After Effects, Premiere, Gen AI, and other techniques. Someone that can come up with ideas, work well with a team, and knows how to bring ideas to life. Work will range from short to long form content from social media to campaign films. The Animator should have an eye for aesthetics and a positive and proactive attitude. They can easily turn a script or a concept into an impressive animation. Design capabilities is a huge advantage.
Responsibilities:
Read scripts and storylines to understand animation requirements
Develop storyboards for the initial stages of production
Create models, drawings and illustrations by hand or electronically
Join images with background graphics and special effects
Ensure synchronization of frames and audio
Participate in editing process
Direct the work of animation across multiple team members
Collaborate with production crew (designers, directors etc.)
Qualifications & Standards:
A minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an animator
Knowledge of 2D/3D animation
Proficient with After Effects, Premiere, Gen AI platforms,… etc.
Solid project management experience and a proven ability to oversee multiple projects and client initiatives, and manage teams of both junior and senior colleagues in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate exceptional presentation, writing and analytical skills
Fluent in both English and Arabic both written and verbal
Excellent client and interpersonal skills; ability to manage independent client relationships and communicate effectively by phone, email, and in-person
Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, media databases and social media network
