Lead the architecture, development, and maintenance of frontend applications using React, TypeScript, and React Native.

Write clean, reusable, testable, and high-quality code following best practices.

Implement responsive and accessible UI designs using Tailwind CSSand modern styling approaches.

Manage and optimize application state using modern state management libraries.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business and product requirements into technical solutions.

Review code, enforce standards, and guide the team on frontend best practices and performance optimization.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex UI, performance, and production issues across platforms.

Contribute to or maintainshared frontend libraries or npm packages (preferred).

Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies, tools, and frameworks, and drive their adoption where appropriate.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and React Native.

Experience with Tailwind CSS and component-driven UI development.

Solid understanding of modern state management solutions.

Experience leading or mentoring frontend engineers in a technical capacity.

Familiarity with frontend build tools, testing frameworks, and performance optimization.

Preferred experience contributing to or maintaining npm packages.

Strong understanding of frontend architecture, scalability, and security best practices.

Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
