What you’ll do

• Deliver Digital and Technology Consulting advisory and implementation projects for leading organizations across the MENA region.
• Support clients in areas such as digital transformation, AI, digital strategy and roadmap development, cloud transformation, and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with Aspire leaders to develop intellectual property including templates, frameworks, accelerators, and consulting tools.
• Contribute to the growth and expansion of Aspire’s consulting services portfolio.
• Participate in presales activities including pitch decks, proposals, effort estimations, and supporting documentation.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with product and services firms to expand the consulting ecosystem.
• Conduct structured, time-bound market research and competitive analysis using leading research sources, databases, and AI tools.
• Work closely with client stakeholders to manage project timelines, risks, deliverables, and costs.
• Support the Consulting Practice Head in establishing delivery management practices and processes.
• Contribute to growth strategy development and market assessments using structured frameworks.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• 4+ years of experience in Technology Consulting delivering advisory and implementation projects, preferably within the MENA region.
• Strong understanding of technology trends including AI, digital transformation, cloud transformation, automation, and digital strategy.
• Solid experience in at least two of the following sectors: Banking & Financial Services, Aviation, Government & Public Sector, or Healthcare/Pharma.
• Familiarity with market-leading consulting tools and frameworks; TOGAF certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with structured and logical thinking capabilities.
• Experience in growth strategy development and market assessment frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint and storyboarding capabilities.
• Experience conducting competitive and market research using leading databases and AI-powered tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities, including remote work settings.
• Willingness to travel on a limited basis as required for project delivery.
• Experience working with Middle East clients and ability to converse in Arabic is an advantage.
• Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
