As an Android Mobile App Dev at Aspire, you will develop and maintain the Glassdoor Android app, delivering new features, fixing bugs, and improving overall app performance and user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the app is robust, scalable, and delivers a seamless experience to users.

• Develop and maintain new features for the Glassdoor Android app.
  
• Fix bugs and resolve issues to improve app stability and performance.
  
• Implement and maintain Clean Architecture with clear separation of layers (Data, Domain, Presentation).
  
• Work with Kotlin Coroutines and structured concurrency to build efficient and responsive applications.
  
• Collaborate with design, QA, and backend teams to deliver a high-quality user experience.
  
• Optionally integrate with GraphQL APIs to enhance app functionality.
  

• Solid experience with Kotlin.
  
• Strong understanding of Kotlin Coroutines and structured concurrency.
  
• Experience with Jetpack Compose (not the standard Android Jetpack).
  
• Experience implementing Clean Architecture and maintaining strict layer separation (Data, Domain, Presentation).
  
• Experience working with GraphQL APIs is a plus.
  
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills for mobile applications.
  
• Familiarity with Android app lifecycle, performance optimization, and best practices.
  
• Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
