We are looking for a customer-oriented and results-driven candidate with solid retail sales experience, preferably in-home textiles, bedding, and household products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and provide a professional shopping experience.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Support customers throughout the sales process and complete transactions accurately.
• Provide clear product information and assist with product selection.
• Check stock availability.
• Maintain showroom presentation and product displays in an organized and appealing manner.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Previous experience in home textiles, bedding, or household products is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service orientation.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
• Basic cash handling and numerical skills.
